This is an appeal by the City of Beach City, situated in Chambers County, Texas, wherein said appellant's plea of privilege to be sued in the county of its residence was overruled by the trial court. The appellees are the State of Texas in quo warranto on the relation of the City of Baytown, a municipal corporation situated in Harris County.
