This is a personal injury case arising out of a rear end automobile collision. Plaintiff, Sarah Bruce Kelley, instituted suit against defendant, Lee F. Lechner, for injuries sustained as a result of Lechner driving his vehicle into the rear end of her automobile while she was stopped in obedience to an intersection traffic signal.
