This petition for habeas corpus filed on June 1, 1970, alleges that the petitioner is in the custody of the respondent warden but does not allege that such custody is unlawful. The petitioner is serving a two-year sentence at the Adult Correctional Institutions, which term of imprisonment began on December 18, 1969.
