Under date of December 9, 1969, the Chancellor below signed a decree in which the wife, Lucie Ann Abell, appellant here, was awarded a divorce a vinculo matrimonii from her husband, J. Frank Abell, and given custody of two minor daughters with reasonable rights of visitation awarded to the husband.
