From a jury conviction and sentence of six years for armed robbery, defendant appeals.

At approximately 7:30 on the evening of February 15, 1969, one Michael Mostyn was accosted on a Eugene, Oregon, street by two men and robbed at pistol point of his leather jacket and some $2.80 in cash.
