NYE, Chief Justice.

This is a rear-end collision case involving a claim for personal injuries and automobile damages suffered by the plaintiffs. The case was tried before a jury. The jury found that the defendant was negligent in failing to keep a proper lookout and in failing to make a proper application of her brakes, such failures, both being proximate causes of the collision in question. The jury refused to find the plaintiffs contributorily...
