NEESE, District Judge.

In response to this Court's order of June 20, 1970 for the respondent to show cause why the federal writ of habeas corpus should not be granted herein, he filed on July 23, 1970 a series of exhibited documents from the office of the clerk of the Criminal Court of Sullivan County, Tennessee in the case of State v.
