HENDLEY, Judge.

Convicted of the unauthorized entry of a dwelling with intent to commit a felony while armed with a deadly weapon contrary to § 40A-16-4(A), N.M.S.A. 1953 (Repl. 1964) defendant appeals.

We affirm.
