In this case in the trial court the appellant was plaintiff and cross-defendant and appellee was defendant and cross-plaintiff. Appellant, after trial to a jury, recovered judgment against appellee in the amount of $31,382.62, with interest from the date of judgment. Appellant appeals because it was denied recovery of an attorney's fee of $18,500.00 found by the jury and because of disallowance of certain interest and some other damages sought...
