This is an appeal from a summary judgment. Samuel Dees, the Appellant and the Plaintiff below, was seriously injured while working as a welder's helper for Fish Engineering & Construction Company, Inc. Fish Engineering, as an independent contractor, was building an extensive nylon manufacturing plant for and on the premises of El Paso Products Company at the time of the accident, and Dees as the independent contractor's employee...
