A plaintiff in the first action, the Russian Church of Our Lady of Kazan, is a religious corporation created in 1942 under then article 5-B, now article 5-A of the Religious Corporations Law of the State. Its place of worship is at Sea Cliff, New York. The remaining plaintiffs are the Rector, Trustees and other officers of the church corporation...
