FRUGE, Judge.

The trial court awarded total and permanent workmen's compensation benefits to H. Leroy Guinn on the finding that he sustained an accident on June 2, 1969, while employed by Central Plumbing Company. Central Plumbing was insured by Firemen's Fund of America. Defendant appealed contending that Guinn did not suffer an accident on the job; that Guinn did not comply with the requirements of the compensation statute regarding the procedure for hernia claims...
