Automobiles being driven by Mrs. Lee W. Anders and the appellant, Harrison Greene, Jr., collided in an intersection that was controlled by traffic signal lights. Mr. and Mrs. Anders brought this lawsuit against Greene seeking damages for personal injuries allegedly suffered by Mrs. Anders, and for property loss.
