This is an appeal from an order overruling a plea of privilege. The plaintiff, Mary Shipp, instituted suit in the nature of a tort action against defendants, R. C. Johnson, Jr. and Mary Emde, d/b/a Highland Park Launderette in Gregg County, Texas.
