WAIVER OF JUVENILE JURISDICTION

A court conferred with jurisdiction in juvenile causes, see Code, Art. 26, § 51, may waive the exclusive jurisdiction over a delinquent child1 conferred by § 70-2 and pursuant to § 70-16 may order the child held for trial under regular procedures of the court which would have jurisdiction over the offense if committed by an adult...
