This is an appeal by plaintiff from a judgment sustaining the motion for summary judgment filed by some of the defendants and dismissing the suit as to all defendants. Appellant, who is one of nine surviving children of Antonio and Hanna K. Trad, brought this suit to declare an oil, gas and mineral lease to be terminated or cancelled as to his interest, for judgment quieting his title thereto, as well as for an accounting for the royalties due...
