PATTERSON, Justice:

This is an appeal from a decree of the Chancery Court of Clarke County which confirmed title in the minerals and surface of the South One-Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 18, Township 1 North, Range 15 East, Clarke County, in Tommie Collins and others, the complainants. The defendants, Mamie C. Oliver and 163 others, being aggrieved that their claim to title as cotenants was rejected by the chancellor, prosecute this appeal.
