On the same day the United States Attorney requested that John Calandra be granted immunity pursuant to Title 18, Section 2514 of the United States Code. Prior to the granting of the immunity, Calandra filed a "request for postponement of hearing on application for immunity order" in order that he might move to suppress certain evidence which he claims to have been seized...
