This case arose out of an automobile collision which occurred on August 17, 1968 at about 11:00 A.M. by and between a 1964 Dodge automobile operated by Nelo J. Hebert, defendant, and a 1963 Chrysler automobile owned and operated by Lester A. Landry, plaintiff.
