This case arose out of an automobile collision which occurred on August 17, 1968 at about 11:00 A.M. by and between a 1964 Dodge automobile operated by Nelo J. Hebert, defendant, and a 1963 Chrysler automobile owned and operated by Lester A. Landry, plaintiff. The Lower Court found "... the sole proximate cause of the collision was the negligence of the defendant, Nelo J. Hebert, in failing to maintain his vehicle in his proper lane of travel and...
