In this suit plaintiff seeks damages allegedly caused to his water well by the action of the defendants in setting off a charge of explosives in the removal of tubing from an abandoned gas well located on property near plaintiff's residence in Lincoln Parish. Defendants are (1) Ashland Oil & Refining Company, mineral lessee of the land on which the gas well was located and owner of the well, (2) A. A. Gilbert Pipe & Supply Company, to whom Ashland...
