Complaints were filed against defendant charging him with the offenses of battery, unlawful use of weapons and disorderly conduct. At a bench trial defendant was found guilty of the offenses of battery and unlawful use of weapons, and was placed on probation for a period of two years, the first ten days of which were to be served...
