Plaintiff, Sidney Borne, brought this action for damages for total loss of his automobile and personal injuries jointly against defendants, Lester Alexander and Billups Western Petroleum Company and its insurer, Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company, arising out of an automobile accident which occurred on February 11, 1962.
