These are appeals from judgments granting specific performance of oral agreements to sell shares of corporate stock.

On or about January 15, 1969, defendant, Charles Smith, agreed orally with plaintiff Bethel Blankenfeld to sell to her 67 shares of Arctic Enterprises, Inc., and to sell to plaintiff Charles Dicken 70 shares of stock of said corporation. The agreed price was $15 per...
