Plaintiff appeals from a judgment for defendants after a jury verdict was rendered in favor of defendants.

The basis for the suit is an accident which occurred on September 5, 1968 on U.S. Highway 11, a two lane road, at a point between Tuscaloosa, Alabama and Eutaw, Alabama, approximately 2.8 miles north of Eutaw as both vehicles were proceeding towards Eutaw.
