Crawford, doing business as Crawford's Enterprises (hereinafter "Crawford"), contracted with Fram Corporation (hereinafter "Fram") for the delivery of eighteen fuel filter/separator units to the U. S. Naval Air Station at Albany, Georgia, for installation by Crawford pursuant to a contract with the Navy.
