MILLER, Judge.

Defendant divorced husband, Earl McClain, appeals the trial court's award of alimony of $50 per month to his former wife Phebe McClain. The provisions of LSA-C.C. Art. 160 apply.

We have reviewed the facts and the law. The trial court's judgment is correct.
