This is a companion case to Leger v. Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company et al., 251 So.2d 805 (La.App. 3 Cir. 1971), in which a separate decree is being handed down this date.

Defendant Shell Oil Company was awarded summary judgments in both cases holding that their employee, defendant John E. Richard, was not in the course and scope of this employment with Shell when Richard allegedly caused...
