This is a venue case. The First National Bank of Gonzales sued Western Speciality Beef Products, Inc., E. R. Rost, Ellen Rost and C. F. Rowsey to recover the balance due it on a note executed by Western Specialty Beef Products, Inc., and guaranteed by the Rosts and Rowsey up to certain specified sums of money.
