Petitioner, a senior stenographer in the Saratoga County Clerk's office for approximately 14 years, was dismissed after the hearing officer found that she failed to "tumble" deeds as instructed, failed to prepare bank deposits as instructed, and that she failed to take any steps to correct her poor typing.
