This is an appeal from an order of the district court affirming an order of the Director of Motor Vehicles suspending the motor vehicle operator's license of La Vern Zadina, appellant. The basis of the order was the refusal of appellant to take a body-fluid test subsequent to his arrest for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcoholic liquor.
