Plaintiffs herein filed Petitions urging this Court to grant them injunctive relief, convene a Three Judge Court (28 U.S.C.A. 2281) and issue a declaratory judgment (28 U.S.C.A. 2201). All of these remedies are sought on the basis that their civil rights, as guaranteed by 42 U.S.C.A. 1983, would be violated if the criminal proceedings already initiated by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico authorities be permitted to continue...
