Plaintiffs, Albert Payne and Wilbert Albert, Jr., appeal dismissal of their actions for damages for personal injuries and related expenses sustained and incurred as the result of a three vehicle, chain reaction, rear end automobile collision which occurred in the right or outside eastbound lane of the I—10 Mississippi River Bridge between the Cities of Baton Rouge and Port Allen on the early morning of December 16, 1968.
