Huff's complaint, in the nature of prohibition, sought a declaration in the district court that the police court had no jurisdiction over the subject matter of a pending proceeding therein against him. An order to the police court to show cause was issued. After hearing, it was discharged, and judgment of dismissal of the complaint was entered.
