The plaintiff, Anthony A. LoBue, sued United Services Planning Association, Inc., and Carroll H. Payne, defendants, to recover commissions plaintiff claimed to have earned by selling insurance policies and shares in mutual stock funds pursuant to written contracts of employment between these parties.
