This is an attempted appeal from an interlocutory order in Cause No. 101,209D, in the 105th District Court of Nueces County, Texas, styled Raul Trevino, et al v. Edgar Turcotte, et al. The order entered by the trial court on the 1st day of March 1971 dismissed these appellants for want of interest to contest the will in a case presently being tried before a jury.
