In this, yet another of the endless suits of plaintiff Ernest Klein, defendants are testing his complaint by motions for summary judgment and similar relief. As is now common in the more recent of Klein's litigations, defendants' main contention is that these particular claims are time-barred by the applicable statutes of limitation.
