OPINION

BREWSTER, Justice.

The defendant, F. B. McIntire Equipment Company, is here appealing from a judgment in favor of both plaintiffs, Henderson and Crabb, rendered in a suit for damages for personal injuries sustained by the two plaintiffs when the boom of a crane belonging to the defendant fell on them. The judgment awarded Henderson $161,918.55 in damages and Crabb $81,007.20 in damages.
