This is an appeal by the defendants, Trustees of Schools of Township 41 North Range 12, a corporation, and Board of Education Community Consolidated School District No. 64, from the decree entered by the circuit court of Cook County quieting title to the 5 acre tract in question in the plaintiffs, Ben and Dina Mattion.
