This is an appeal from a summary judgment granted plaintiff as beneficiary under an insurance policy on the life of her husband. The policy contained a Supplemental Contract providing for additional benefits resulting from accidental death. The insurer paid the benefits under the basic policy but refused to pay the additional benefits under the Supplemental Contract. Plaintiff brought suit to recover these additional benefits.
