ODOM, Judge.

This is an appeal from an order revoking probation.

The record reflects that appellant pleaded guilty to the offense of Robbery by Assault on July 22, 1965, and his punishment was assessed at 10 years. An order was entered suspending the imposition of sentence and the appellant was placed on probation. One of the terms and conditions of probation was that he: "(1) Commit no offense against the laws of this or any other state...
