The plaintiffs brought a Bill of Complaint in Chancery against the defendants seeking to compel the defendants, Leroy and Josephine Guyette, to perform their obligation to convey certain premises to the plaintiffs. Plaintiffs also sought to compel defendant, Ronald King, to account to them and to the defendants, Leroy and Josephine Guyette, for money received by him from the plaintiffs for the premises.
