THORNTON, Judge.

Petitioner, who is presently confined in the Oregon State Penitentiary, serving a life sentence, appeals the dismissal of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. He contends the Oregon waived jurisdiction over him by surrendering him to Arizona following his sentence to life imprisonment here.
