The State of Indiana filed an action in condemnation against the appellants for the acquisition of certain land for the purposes of improving an existing highway, including the establishing of a limited access highway where a full access highway had previously existed. Trial by jury resulted in a verdict for the appellants wherein the jury found the fair market value of the real estate appropriated to be $3200, and that there was no damage to the residue...
