This action was commenced in the Rutland County Court by a civil action, brought by the plaintiff-appellant against the defendant-appellee, to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff as the result of a pedestrian-automobile accident involving an automobile driven by the defendant, which accident occurred on November 14, 1967 in the City of Rutland.
