Claimant appeals from a negative award by the Full Industrial Board which insofar as pertinent reads as follows:

"That on the 5th day of June, 1968, plaintiff was in the employ of the defendant at an average weekly wage in excess of the maximum; that on said date he sustained an accidental injury arising out of and in the course of his employment, of which the defendant had knowledge and furnished the statutory medical attention...
