This case comes before us on appeal from a decision of a Justice of the Superior Court ordering a dismissal of the action against Defendants Maine Bonding and Casualty Company and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.

The Plaintiffs claim damages resulting from an automobile accident caused by the concurrent negligence of Defendants Elizabeth Pomroy and Durwood Worster, each of them having automobile liability insurance, then in force, and...
