While an escapee from a Georgia state penal institution, appellant was arrested and indicted for violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2312, interstate transportation of a stolen motor vehicle from Georgia to Kentucky. Upon arraignment before the District Court, appellant, through court appointed counsel, plead guilty to the charge and requested that any sentence imposed be made concurrent with any pending Georgia sentence.
