These appeals are from a final judgment discharging an alternative writ of mandamus and dismissing the petition. The judgment did however, declare the rights of some of the numerous parties by a holding that a preliminary tax roll filed by the Dade County Tax Assessor was valid with the exception of the property interests of certain of the intervenors.
