This is a petition for declaratory and other relief brought by Lawrence A. Bianchi, executor under the will of Dr. Anthony F. Bianchi (executor), and Mary C. Bianchi, the widow of Dr. Bianchi (widow), against the retirement board of Somerville (board) and the auditor and treasurer of that city. The petitioners seek a declaration that Dr. Bianchi was entitled to retire as a veteran under G.L.c. 32, § 58, and that his widow is entitled to the benefits...
