Mid-Southern Toyota, Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Amco Industries, Inc., is the distributor for Toyota cars in seventeen states, including Kentucky. It entered into a contract with Bug's Imports, Inc., of Danville, Kentucky, for the latter to act as warehousing agent for Toyota cars in Kentucky except in Louisville, Lexington, Elizabethtown, and Pleasure Ridge Park.
